Allow me to portfolio and publish after work finished
—> notify before start the work.- For commercial will be 2x price(for illustration)- I will not draw:
Muscular, old People, realistic animals, furries, robots, gore, and spiders.- I don’t accept rush jobs. If the project has a deadline, please kindly specify it. Anf I have the right to choose my client.PAYMENTS
Pay a deposit of 30-50% to make a reservation. and pay the remaining balance after the work is completed.REVISIONS
- Vtube Model: unlimited modify before I starting do the line art and coloring
- Illustration: Can be edited according to the cycle that I send for checking(free).
- And editing after finished with lines and coloring or editing other than the brief would be charge 5 usd per time.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
TAT :
For Vtuber model commission: 30-60 days after confirmation.
For Illustration commission: 7-20 days after confirmation.- Delivery via email only.USE
Usage Terms:
(1)You may use my art on any social media platform.(2)This is not allowed to use images from me to make merchandise for sale in case.(3)Don't use it for AI training, AI generating, NFTs and Art print.(4)Don't permit the use of the images I provide as a reference for other artists or for any modifications beyond the initial draft I have provided.REFUNDS
If confirmation has already been made or the queue is canceled during work, No refunds will given in any case.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

—> แจ้งเราก่อนเริ่มงาน-เชิงพาณิชย์ ราคา x2-(สำหรับงานภาพประกอบ)ไม่รับงานประเภท งานลงกลุ่มตูน นักกล้าม คนแก่ สัตว์ หุ่นยนต์ Gore และแมงมุมค่ะ- ทางเราไม่รับงานเร่ง หากเป็นงานมีเดดไลน์ โปรดระบุให้ชัดเจนชำระเงิน
ชำระเงินมัดจำ 30-50% เพื่อเป็นการจองคิว และส่วนที่เหลือหลังจากเสร็จงานการสั่งแก้
โมเดลวีทูบ : แก้ได้ไม่จำกัด ก่อนเริ่มตัดเส้นลงสี
ภาพประกอบ:แก้ได้ตามรอบที่เราส่งให้เช็ค แก้หลังตัดเส้นลงสีแล้วและแก้นอกเหนือจากบรีฟครั้งละ 100 บาทเดดไลน์ และ การส่งงาน
ระยะเวลา:
โมเดลวีทูบ: 30-60 วัน หลังการยืนยัน
ภาพประกอบ: 7-20 วัน หลังการยืนยัน- ส่งงานที่เสร็จแล้วผ่านอีเมลเท่านั้นการใช้งาน
ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน:
(1)อนุญาตให้ใช้ในการเล่นโซเชี่ยลมีเดียได้ ตั้งเป็น display หรือโพสต์ได้(2)ไม่อนุญาตให้นำภาพที่เราวาดไปใช้ทำสินค้าในกรณีที่ไม่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ก่อน(3)ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปใช้ฝึกเอไอ หรือใช้สร้างรูปภาพโดยเอไอ และการปริ้นท์เป็นสินค้า รวมถึงใช้ในด้าน NFTs ทุกกรณี(4)ไม่อนุญาตให้เอาภาพที่เราส่งอัพเดทไปใช้อ้างอิงให้กับนักวาดท่านอื่นการขอคืนเงิน
จะไม่มีการคืนเงินหลังจากได้รับการยืนยันและขณะดำเนินการทำงานทุกกรณีสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
สงวนลิขสิทธิ์การเป็นเจ้าของผลงานแก่ผู้สร้างและผู้ว่าจ้างเป็นผู้ครอบครองผลงาน รวมถึงบุคคลหรือองค์กรที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้สร้างเท่านั้น
